Sikkim CM Prem Singh Tamang met Major General Amit Kabhtiyal and Major General MS Rathore for a meeting that marked the farewell to Major General Kabhtiyal, the outgoing General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 17 Mountain Division. He was lauded for his leadership and dedicated service. CM Tamang expressed gratitude for Kabhtiyal’s contributions and extended best wishes for his future.
The meeting also introduced Major General MS Rathore as the new GOC. CM Tamang wished him success, highlighting the importance of continued cooperation between the military and the people of Sikkim.
